Soothies is designed to provide tender care for the breast feeding mother by helping to reduce nipple pain, improve nipple skin and for the management of breast and nipple injury. Unlike other hydrogel sheets and pads, Soothies contains only 17.5 % water which helps prevent skin maceration. Studies have shown that Soothies greatly reduces the bacteria level. Glycerine, a natural humectant and the main component in Soothies, helps provide natural nutrients and moisture to the area. In addition, Soothies is comfortable and easy to use.

Soothies is a soft elastic gel sheet which provides protection from shock and friction and provides pressure relief. Soothies has been reported to be highly (exceptionally) effective for reducing pain.

Indication

Used to provide protection against injury and as a dressing to help manage the care of cracked or injured nipples.

Contraindications

If rash occurs, discontinue use.
